Engineering Capabilities 

Yancheng City Xinde Petroleum Machinery Plant has a dedicated engineering department which provides complete technical services for its domestic and overseas markets. The plant engineering group has proven track record in its design to meet customer’s special requirements according to API Spec. Q1 and API  Spec. 6A, 16A and 16C, latest editions. Our Product Design   Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering uses AutoCad 2000, Pro Engineer and Solidworks softwares to produce engineering models, layouts, equipment running procedures, tools and fixtures designs.

Manufacturing Capabilities

The plant has 62 machine tools including computer numerically controlled (CNC) lathes, CNC horizontal boring machines, CNC vertical turnmills, CNC machining centers, CNC EDM wire cut machine, semi-auto lapping machine, manual floor typed boring machine, horizontal boring machines, milling machines, radial arms drilling machines, grinding machines, shaping machines, slotting machines and thread roller machine to support the manufacturing as well as refurbishing customer property to first class as new condition.

Welding equipment capable of performing shield metal arc welding (SMAW) and tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding, oxy welding and manual powder spray welding for overlaying exotic metal on gates, seats and choke stems of gate valves and chokes and Assembly and Testing equipped with testing equipment capable of performing hydrostatic and gas testing to 30,000 psi.

The plant is equipped with 3 ton, 5 ton, 10 ton and 15 ton overhead cranes, 3 to 5 ton movable column cranes and facilities for welding, heat treatment, assembly, painting, hydrostatic and gas testing. There is a 12 meter deep test pit for gas testing, simulation and diver training of completion equipment.
